So, it’s official.
I’m officially going to Colombia over spring break to visit my dad and his family. My sister will be going to New York over the break so I’ll thankfully have the room to myself over there but I’m still a little nervous. Without her there I’m really scared I will be forced to interact with my stepsister a whole lot more, which could be either good or bad. Things have really gotten better with us but I still felt the tension when we were all together during the summer. I’m glad I will be able to get out there and practice my Spanish though. I’ll have walks along the beach whenever I feel like I need to be alone and just forget about everything here for an entire week. I’m so excited yet so nervous all at the same time.
